- Register and express interest to work with the Ministry and its affiliated bodies
- Submit and update official and legal documents and Financial and Technical qualification requirements
- Raise/submit invoices and follow up on completion certificates
- Follow up on purchase orders
- Monitor performance and evaluate supplier services
- Issuing business termination letters for Contracts and Purchase Orders
- Raise inquiries and requests related to projects
Terms of registration in the supplier portal
- Agree to the general Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Approval of the policy of Non-Conflict of Interest and related parties
- Validity of all official and legal documents
